Precautions and operating requirements of magnetic pump operation


Prevent particles from entering

 

(1) No ferromagnetic impurities are allowed, particles enter the magnetic actuator and conflict with the secondary bearing. (2) After transporting the medium that is easy to crystallize or sink, it should be washed away in time to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing. (3) When transporting the medium rich in solid particles, it should be filtered at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.

 

2. Prevent demagnetization

 

(1) The magnetic moment cannot be planned too small. (2) It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and the temperature of the medium is prohibited. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump barrier sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the ring gap area, so that when the temperature exceeds the limit, an alarm or shutdown is performed.

 

3.Prevent conflicts

 

(1) Idling is prohibited. (2) It is forbidden to take time off the media. (3) When the outlet valve is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump must not exceed 2 minutes to prevent the magnetic actuator from overheating and damaging.

 

 

 

Operating requirements of magnetic pumps

 

1. Under normal operating conditions, the magnetic pump does not have the appearance of aging and demagnetization over time. However, demagnetization occurs when the pump is overloaded, blocked, or operating at a temperature higher than the allowable temperature of the magnetic steel. The magnetic pump must therefore be operated under normal operating conditions.

 

2. The magnetic pump is forbidden to perform empty operation to prevent the sliding bearing and the barrier sleeve from burning out. The medium transported by the magnetic pump is not allowed to be rich in ferromagnetic impurities and hard impurities. Magnetic pumps are not allowed to operate at less than 30% additional flow.

 

3. The magnetic pump does not require any maintenance, but you should always check whether the current, temperature rise and outlet pressure are normal, whether the leakage operation is stable, and whether the oscillation and noise are normal. It is usually advisable to check it every 2 to 3 months. If necessary, you should check it at any time, and deal with it if you find any abnormal situation
